HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We acknowledge that circumstances may arise prompting you to cancel your order. To streamline this process and alleviate any potential complications, we adhere to a straightforward cancellation policy.
- -Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. In the event of prepayment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source. In case of order cancellation post dispatch, amount will be credited into the customer's Lakshita wallet.
Recognizing the importance of expeditious processing, any cancellations to orders must be submitted within four hours of order placement.
Customers must promptly contact our dedicated customer service team for cancellations. However, please note that changes for orders is not possible.
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
- -The prices listed on our website at the time of purchase are considered final.
- -Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotion details.
PAYMENT METHODS
Lakshita accepts various payment methods, including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery.
- -To minimise the risk of non-authorised access, your credit card/ debit card/ net banking (mobile or internet) details will be encrypted.
- -Other than where payment is by cash of delivery, the payment will be due and payable immediately at the time of placing of the order.
- -When you click "Authorise payment ", you are confirming that the credit card is yours.
Credit cards and debit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuing entity. If the entity does not authorise the payment (either by credit card / debit card / bank transfer), we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and we will be unable to conclude any contract with you.

RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY
