Return Policy
At Lakshita, we want you to shop with confidence. We have taken all the hassle out of the process so you can return any product that doesn't meet your needs.
Please note: Products bought from Vaara by Lakshita are eligible for exchange only.
Return Period
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased at a 50% or higher discount.
Who Can Return
Only those who meet these criteria will be eligible for a return:
- You bought the product at a less than 50% discount rate.
- You are returning the product within 14 days of purchase.
- The product meets all our return guidelines.
Return Product Guidelines
The product is eligible for return only if it meets the following criteria:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- All tags, labels, and barcodes on the product are intact.
- The product is in its original condition.
Non-Serviceable Pickup Locations
In cases where a return pickup cannot be arranged due to a non-serviceable location, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to Lakshita's Warehouse at the following address:

Self-Shipping Compensation
Customers who self-ship the return parcel to the above address will receive ₹100 LK Wallet as compensation towards courier charges after the returned product is received and verified.

Refund Policy
Refund is processed either to the same medium of payment or Lakshita Wallet as mentioned below.
Refund to the Same Medium of Payment
Refund will be processed to the original medium of payment when the following criteria are met:
- When the order is made as Prepaid.
- When a product is returned that has 0% discount.
- For Fresh Collection products.
Refund to Lakshita Wallet
Refund will be processed to Lakshita Wallet in either of the following scenarios:
- When a product is returned that has a discount rate of less than 50%.
- When an order is placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), even if the product falls under the Fresh Collection.
Once the refund is initiated, you will receive an SMS confirming it. Lakshita Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the Lakshita website.
Please note: The wallet balance expires in 90 days from the date of credit.
Exchange Policy
At Lakshita, we understand that choosing the perfect size can be difficult. If the item isn't right for you, you can always return or exchange it.
Exchange Period
You can raise an exchange request within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
The following items are not eligible for an exchange:
- Products bought at a FLAT 50% OFF or higher discount are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility
- We allow you to exchange only for sizes, as per availability.
- Exchanges are not allowed for products bought at a FLAT 50% OFF or higher discount.
Product Guidelines
The product is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- The product has all the original tags, labels, and barcodes attached.

Exchange Journey
- Step 1 - Submit your exchange request and choose the desired size. Our partner pickup executives will contact you and collect the item from you within 1–2 working days.
- Step 2 - Once the item has been successfully picked up from your end, a new order for the requested exchange item will be created and dispatched within 48 hours.
- Step 3 - Your exchanged item will be delivered to your address as per the estimated delivery timeline for your location.
