Job Overview:
As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized styling and fashion advice to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the shopping experience, build customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen sense of style.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored fashion advice.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products available in the store.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Styling Assistance:
- Offer personalized styling recommendations based on individual tastes and occasions.
- Create complete looks by coordinating outfits, accessories, and footwear.
- Provide guidance on color coordination and wardrobe essentials.
4 Sales and Targets:
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns.
5. Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining visually appealing displays and product arrangements.
- Contribute to the overall aesthetics of the store to attract and engage customers.
6. Customer Feedback:
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team.
- Suggest improvements in products and services based on customer insights.
7. Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Participate in stocktaking activities and report discrepancies.
8. Adherence to Policies:
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant, Retail Sales Associate, or similar role.
- Passion for fashion, style trends, and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of fashion brands, fabrics, and garment care.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Age below 30 years
