Return Policy

Return Period

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Who Can Return

Only those who meet these criteria will be eligible for a return:

• You bought the product at a less than 50% discount rate.
• You are returning the product within 14 days of purchase.
• The product meets all our return guidelines.

Return Product Guidelines

The product is eligible for return only if it meets the following criteria:

• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• All tags, labels, and barcodes on the product are intact.
• The product is in its original condition.

Non-Serviceable Pickup Locations

In cases where a return pickup cannot be arranged due to a non-serviceable location, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to Lakshita's Warehouse at the following address:

Self-Shipping Compensation

Customers who self-ship the return parcel to the above address will receive ₹100 LK Wallet as compensation towards courier charges after the returned product is received and verified.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed either to your original payment mode or to your Lakshita Wallet, based on the conditions below.

Refund to Original Payment Mode

A refund will be made to your original payment mode only when all the following conditions are met:

• The order was placed as Prepaid.
• The product was purchased at 0% discount (full price). Welcome offer and prepaid payment discounts are allowed; the product must not be purchased under any other offer or discount.
• The return is initiated within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

Refund to Lakshita Wallet

A refund will be credited to your Lakshita Wallet in the following cases:

• The product was purchased at a discount of less than 50%.
• The order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), including products purchased at 0% discount.

Non-Returnable Products

Products purchased at a discount of 50% or above are not eligible for return or refund.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, it is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin). For prepaid (PPD) orders, once the RTO shipment is received, the eligible refund will be credited to the customer's Lakshita Wallet. Bank refunds are not applicable on RTO orders.

Refund Confirmation & Wallet Validity

Once your refund is initiated, you will receive an SMS confirmation. Lakshita Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the Lakshita website and is valid for 90 days from the date of credit.

You can raise an exchange request within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

The following items are not eligible for an exchange:

Exchange Eligibility

• We allow you to exchange only for sizes, as per availability.
• Exchanges are not allowed for products bought at a FLAT 50% OFF or higher discount.

Product Guidelines

The product is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following criteria:

• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• The product has all the original tags, labels, and barcodes attached.
