EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lakshita, we aim to make exchanges easy and comfortable. This policy outlines how we handle the exchanges to ensure a smooth process for the company and its customers.
Exchange Window
- For discounted products, exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- For fresh products, exchange can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for SIZE.
- issues, subject to availability.
- Items purchased with promotional offers are not eligible for exchange like EOSS25, EOSS15 etc.
- Articles under Flat 50% Offer are not eligible for Exchanges.
Condition of returned/exchanged items
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and barcodes intact.
- Items should not be used, washed, or altered.
How do I exchange a product?
- Online Request: You can raise an exchange by clicking hereor through our website by going to the Customer Support section in the footer and selecting 'Return/ Exchange'.
- Phone Support: Call us at 1800-111-005 (10:00AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Saturday) and our team will assist you in placing an exchange.
- WhatsApp Chat: Initiate a chat on WhatsApp at +91-8586980157. Select 'Raise an Exchange or Return' from the options, and you will be redirected to the exchange window.
What is the Process of Exchange?
Step 1: Once the exchange request is raised by selecting the size you wish to exchange, our team will arrange the pickup within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: The returned product will reach our warehouse within 3-4 business days.
Step 3: The exchanged item will be dispatched and delivered within another 3-4 business days.
RETURN POLICY
At Lakshita, we strive to make the return process as simple and efficient as possible. This policy provides clear guidelines on how to handle returns.

Returns are accepted for products that meet the return conditions outlined below. Articles under Flat 50% Offer are not eligible for Returns.

Where will the amount be credited?
The amount will be credited to your Lakshita Wallet, and you will be notified via SMS for the same. This credit will automatically appear at checkout on future purchases. (What is Lakshita Wallet?)
Your Lakshita wallet credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and can only be used for online purchases.
What If My Product is Not Picked Up?
- Free pickup service is provided for return shipments.
- 3 attempts will be made to retrieve the item(s).
- If retrieval is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the pickup request will be considered unsuccessful.
- However, certain pin codes are non-serviceable for pickup. In non-serviceable areas, customers must send the return shipment to our designated warehouse.
- Shipping expenses up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed and credited to your Lakshita Wallet.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
- All our products are dispatched after strict quality checks. However, if in certain cases you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please provide a video recording of the unboxing within 24 hours.
- Once the issue is verified, Refund will be processed to the original source within 5-7 business days.
LEGAL
At Lakshita, we do not offer cash/bank refunds. However, we aim to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers.
Exceptions-
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products: Refunds are only applicable if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Notification: To claim a refund, you must inform the customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
