We understand that you may wish to exchange merchandise, and you may be eligible for an exchange under the following criteria:
Conditions for making an exchange:
- Exchange of fresh or discounted merchandise are accepted within 21 days of delivery, with any article available on our website.
- The merchandise being exchanged must be in its original condition, with the bill and barcode tag intact, and should not have been used, washed, or altered.
- In case of a lower value item, the extra amount will be credited to your Lakshita Wallet Account. For higher value items, an additional charge will apply.
- Products under any offer (e.g., Buy 2 get 20% or Buy 3 get 50%) will be dispatched once the returned merchandise is delivered to our warehouse (HO).
- Please note that for online purchases, items can only be exchanged through our website. Exchange at our physical stores is not possible.”
