Q. What is Lakshita return policy?

Ans- Lakshita follows 21 days return policy for all fresh products and 15 days return policy for discounted/sale products.

Q How do I Return a Lakshita order?

Ans- To return a Lakshita product, you can go on the website and press the return tab. which could be found under my orders, or you can contact us (via email/call/live chat).

While returning products Lakshita gives you 2 options.

  • Exchange the product
  • Credit points in your Lakshita Pay

What is Lakshita wallet

The Lakshita wallet is a new wallet management system introduced by Lakshita to save time, energy, and money. The Lakshita wallet allows you to securely keep your amount, which you can use at any time within a year. It could be used if you are unable to decide on the products while returning, which could be used for future purchases. The Lakshita wallet feature can be found under the Feature Tab "My Account". The amount credited will be reflected in your wallet within 24-48 hours Cancellations.


To cancel an order, you need to contact us via phone, Whatsapp, or email within 10 hours of placing an order. In 48 business hours (prepaid orders), the refund will be initiated in the same source.

  • Please note that if you raise the cancellation request after 10 hours, your amount will be credited to your wallet within 24–48 hours.
  • If you raise a cancellation request after 10 hours for cod and do not accept delivery, your COD service at Lakshita will be discontinued for the next 5 purchases.

Refund policy

Lakshita follows a very strict "no refund" policy. If you feel you have a special case, then you can contact us via the same. A special approval will be provided to avail a 100% refund if the problem is genuine.

  • YOUR LAKSHITA ACCOUNT- On you can complete your purchase either as a GUEST or a REGISTERED customer.

Registering is very easy. We will only ask you for the information we need to speed up the purchase process.

You will find format examples in the registration form to help you when you enter details such as your telephone number.

Your order information will always be available to you through the link “MY ACCOUNT” if you are a registered client or through the link, we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.

Order confirmation will be sent VIA SMS also to both guest and registered users.


You can view the contents of your purchase in your basket and change or delete the number of items in your order.

Please remember that does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information in that section.

It saves your selected items in the cart if you are a registered user.


All our items are priced the same online and in store. If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown when you purchase it.
