At Lakshita, it is our paramount objective to ensure the utmost clarity and efficacy in all transactions, particularly those involving the exchange of products. These provisions serve as a binding guidelines for the company and its esteemed customers.
We hereby assert the following stipulations to govern the exchange process:

EXCHANGE WINDOW

  • -Exchange requests for products must be initiated within 21 days from the delivery date, ensuring a timely resolution process.
  • -However, for fresh products, customers have an extended window of 30 days from the delivery date to initiate exchange requests.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  • -Exchanges shall be facilitated subject to the availability of the requested item.
  • -It is important to note that items purchased as part of promotional offers are expressly exempted from the exchange policy eligibility.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
  • -The items designated for exchange must unequivocally maintain their original condition, inclusive of intact barcodes and tags.
  • -Products are expected to remain in an unaltered state, devoid of any utilization, laundering, or modification.

We reserve the right to not accept exchange of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except the case in which damaged goods have been delivered to you).

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?

  • -For transactions conducted online, exchanges shall be exclusively processed through our designated digital platform; physical store exchanges are not permissible.
  • -Following the receipt of the returned product, the exchanged item(s) shall be dispatched within a stipulated period of 48-72 hours after the pick-up.

Your right to exchange the product shall apply exclusively to the product(s) that are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

RETURN SHIPEMENT
 

Complimentary pickup service shall be extended for return shipments. Three attempts shall be made for the retrieval of the item(s). In the event of failure to effect retrieval after the third attempt, the pickup request shall be deemed unsuccessful.

Notwithstanding, it is noted that certain pin codes are deemed non-serviceable for pickup. In such instances, the onus lies upon the customer to effectuate the return shipment to our designated warehouse. A reimbursement of shipping expenses, up to a maximum limit of Rs.100, shall be credited in your Lakshita Wallet.

REFUND POLICY

At Lakshita, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. While we typically adhere to a strict no-refund policy, we want to assure you that if, under unfortunate circumstances, you receive defective, damaged, or missing items, we will handle it with the utmost care and consideration.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

Before any product leaves our facilities, it undergoes rigorous quality check by our trained quality control team. Each item is meticulously inspected to ensure that it meets our stringent quality standards. These processes significantly minimize the possibility of receiving damaged, defective, missing items or the likelihood of such occurrences.

However, in the regrettable circumstance of a missing or damaged product, the customer is enjoined to furnish a video recording of the unboxing process within 24 hours of delivery. This video documentation is deemed indispensable for the expeditious resolution of the matter. It is incumbent upon customers to recognize that, absent such video substantiation, their requests may not be entertained.

We strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. In such cases, with special approval, we will credit the refund to the original source. We understand that waiting for a resolution can be concerning, but please rest assured that we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once it has been opened, for the products that are not in the original condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged by the customer.


HOW TO GET REFUND ON PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?


Any product purchased under promotional offers are subject to return within a period of 21 days from the date of purchase. Upon return, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer's Lakshita wallet. This credited amount can be redeemed within a stipulated timeframe of 90 days from the date of issuance.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • -It is imperative to adhere to the specified timeframes and conditions outlined herein for the exchange or return of the purchased items. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of the right to exchange/return and redeem the refunded amount.
  • -By engaging in the purchase and exchange/return of the items, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Lakshita reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at its discretion, with due notice provided to affected parties.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Delhi.
