What is the Lakshita Wallet and how do I use it?

To use your Lakshita Wallet for placing an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Once logged in, follow the steps below to use wallet money:

  1. a) Select the desired product and click on "ADD TO CART."

  2. b) Click on "VIEW CART."

  3. c) After 5-7 seconds, an option labelled "PAY FROM WALLET" will become visible above the "CHECKOUT" button. (The wallet money will be adjusted under the discount code).

  4. d) Select "PAYMENT" and "BILLING" options.

  5. e) Click on "PAY NOW."

Your order will be placed using funds from your Lakshita Wallet.

Lakshita strictly follows a "No Refunds" policy. However, we offer Lakshita wallet credits that can be used within a period of 12 months.

What if I have a special case?

While Lakshita maintains a "No Refunds" policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a genuine case (such as a defective, damaged, or missing item), please contact us to discuss your situation within 24 hours of delivery. With special approval, a 100% refund may be granted in such cases, which will take 3-5 business days to process.
